Why cater for coeliac and other special diets?

Some years ago we were asked by a lovely lady, who wished to book a holiday with us, if we would be able to cope with her dietary requirements as she was a coeliac. After just a few seconds thought we agreed that we could and would! That lady was just the first of many who have stayed with us over the years, many of whom return again and again.

As ex-NHS bio-medical scientists we have an understanding of the special requirements of the coeliac condition and cater accordingly.

We are also happy to cater for other medically prescribed diets, such as wheat or dairy free.
